In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "sip69" refers to the online betting platform accessible at sip69.cam, operated by the Platform Operator as an internationally licensed online gaming service.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimized interface, software, and all related services made available by sip69.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" means any natural person who has registered a valid Account on the Platform and who uses the Platform's services.
• "Operator" means the company operating sip69 under an international online gaming licence.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, exclusive of bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentives granted to a Member pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Operator prior to processing any withdrawal.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all scheduled events, draw times, and service-hour references on the Platform.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of all transactions on sip69.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling services is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sip69. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with sip69's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

sip69 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. Members are advised to review this page periodically for changes.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sip69 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy. Registering on behalf of or for the benefit of a person under 21 is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where participation in online betting is legally permitted under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1 or as updated from time to time on the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the Platform by the Operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of the Operator or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or payment processors.

Each Member may hold only one (1) Account on sip69. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether intentional or otherwise — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details as they appear on your government-issued identity documents. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sip69 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

sip69 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or close an Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

All transactions on sip69 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency. No foreign exchange conversion fees are charged by sip69; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Local bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon
• E-wallet services: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

The following table summarizes standard processing times for each transaction type. Times are indicative and subject to banking-system availability, public holidays, and verification requirements.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. sip69 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where it has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.

sip69 does not accept payments from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Account holder will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

sip69 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and event-specific promotions. The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are set out in the individual promotion's terms page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all sip69 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering Bonus Funds, once the applicable Wagering Requirement is met, are converted to withdrawable Balance.
• The standard Wagering Requirement on sip69 is 30x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion page states a different multiplier.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within 30 calendar days of bonus credit unless a different validity period is stated on the promotion page. Uncompleted bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period.
• Wagering on games with an RTP above 96.5% — including certain video poker and blackjack variants — may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) toward the Wagering Requirement. The specific game contribution table is published on the promotions page.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
• sip69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe the promotion is being abused.
• All bonuses are subject to a maximum bet restriction of Rp 50.000 per spin or bet round while Bonus Funds remain active in the Account. Bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bets and wagers placed on sip69 are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where sip69 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.

sip69 operates a sportsbook covering football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, MotoGP, e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other sports as listed on the Platform. Available markets include Asian handicap (voor bola — the Indonesian term for handicap betting), Over/Under, accumulator (mix parlay), and live in-play markets.

Casino and slot games are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, and others). The Platform does not modify RTP settings from those certified by the provider's independent testing laboratory.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per game. These are displayed at the point of bet placement and within each game's interface.
• In the event of a technical fault, game error, or system interruption during a live casino round or sportsbook event, sip69 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Member's real-money Balance.
• sip69 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or prices that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error or human error ("palpable errors"), regardless of whether the bet was settled before the error was identified.
• Winnings resulting from coordinated exploitation of software errors, bonus glitches, or any form of technical vulnerability will be voided and the Account suspended pending investigation.

sip69 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player protection tools available to every Account holder, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, reality-check notifications, and self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure.

Members who believe their gambling may be causing financial, emotional, or personal harm are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact sip69's support team at any time. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration selected by the Member.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sip69 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting using Platform bonus funds, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational use.
• Attempting to launder money, finance illegal activities, or use the Platform as a conduit for any unlawful financial transaction.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any multiplayer game environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward sip69 staff, agents, or other Members.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your actual location via VPN, proxy, or similar technology.

All content on the sip69 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the Operator's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sip69 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical faults, maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by Members based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game-outcome data.
• Any failure of a third-party payment provider, bank, or e-wallet service to process a transaction within the expected timeframe.

sip69's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by the Member in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) the amount directly at issue in the specific disputed transaction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

sip69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications. sip69 does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmitted between your device and sip69 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Account login is protected by password authentication, with optional two-factor authentication available to all Members.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its international online gaming licence. The Operator operates sip69 as an internationally licensed platform and does not represent that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions.

It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using sip69 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. sip69 makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in any particular location, including Indonesia, and access from jurisdictions where online betting is restricted is solely at the Member's own risk and legal responsibility.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sip69's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

sip69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your real-money Balance.
